From the moment Humberto Ríos Came to my home, took his time to measure, discuss product options, explain the installation
process and most of all listen to and answer all my questions, I knew this was the company I would use. I was just as impressed when the owner Luis himself came over to review modification details and ensure any concerns I had were addressed. I was kept informed of every step of the process from permit acceptance, to arrival and delivery of products, to installation dates. I had a lot of work done, 11 windows, 2 slider modifications and front door. They did an outstanding job completing the work; they were always professional and always left the area clean. Even after passing the final city inspection, they sent Ivan to do a final company walk through to make sure I was happy with the work. And Humberto continued to check in throughout the entire project. ALCO truly cares about their customers and takes great pride in their work, which is evident in how they go about their business. My experience with this company was incredible. I still can’t believe it. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I was given a quote by Ariel who took the time to explain all our options and was very informative. The price was very competitive. While waiting for installation I was informed via email of where we were in the permitting and manufacturing process. The installation team was AMAZING. Great workers, cleaned up after themselves and most importantly arrived every morning on time. They never skipped a day or had to leave early. You can tell that they were solely working on our house. Unfortunately in Miami sometimes workers can be spotty or work on multiple projects at once. They were detail oriented and quickly saw I was too. They took their time and made sure all the small small details were okay with me. We had a project that included 16 windows, 2 doors and a
sliding door. It took about 7 days to complete from beginning to end including inspection and also changing the size of an opening.
The gentleman that worked on changing the opening and plastering did a fantastic job.
I cannot stress how excellent they are at communicating (staff, salespersons, installers).
My husband and I were blown away and would recommend themin a heart beat. Stop overthinking this decision and hire this company!!!

We had a scare when a hurricane was headed straight through Miami and it actually veered. So we were very lucky. Right after that happened, we decided to pull the plug and get impact windows installed. Their sales team was there to answer all of our questions, and made us feel at ease and comfortable.
